There are two scenarios we are more than happy to look at:

If you have a business or idea in which you would like additional investment then please contact us. There are limits to the amounts we can invest and at this stage if you after single investments of more than AUD$100,000.00, then we are probably not for you. But if it is nearby that amount that please don’t let that stop you from approaching us. Our preference is to invest between AUD$20,000.00 and AUD$80,000.00.
If you would like to invest along with us, then please get in touch. We would be happy to discuss how we might proceed together.

We will occasionally put up some ideas, offers or invitations on here so if you are interested, or think you might be interested, please keep coming back to look frequently or contact us and we can make sure you get notified.

Ethics and Trust

Ethics, fair dealing and trust are most important to us. We have been burnt before by unethical people and organisations. Accordingly, please don’t be offended by our due diligence process. It is simply a process that we follow to make sure we can all get on and trust is established.

What We Have Done

We have been investing successfully and sometimes unsuccessfully, for five plus years. These investments have included or continue to include:

An agricultural machinery business that had some unique methods and patents.
A distribution business based on a franchise model.
A children’s entertainment business.
A registered training organisation.
An exhibition event in Canberra.
Shares in companies listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. These we consider to be ethical investments and do not include investments in cigarette companies, gambling companies and exploitative companies. It is sometimes difficult to identify the “exploitation” factor, but we do the best we can.
Real estate including homes and units/townhouses.
A few yet to be developed, Web 2.0 initiatives with other companies.

We have also lent money to businesses at an agreed interest rate although this is not a preferred form of investment.
